ISSUES OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE «RISK-ANALYSIS» SYSTEM TO PROSECUTORIAL INSPECTIONS OVER THE EXECUTION OF LAWS

This article is devoted to the issues of implementing the «risk-analysis» system in prosecutorial inspections over the enforcement of laws. In the author's opinion, the «risk-analysis» system has several positive aspects. The author analyzes the views of several scholars on this issue. At certain points, the author engages in scientific discussion with them. The article illustrates, through scientific and practical examples, the necessity of implementing the «risk-analysis» system in prosecutorial inspections. It emphasizes the need to adopt appropriate legal and organizational measures for the introduction of the «risk-analysis» system in the supervisory and inspection activities of the prosecutor.
