LEGAL ASPECTS OF ENVIRONMENTAL RATIONING THE PROTECTION AND USE OF BIOLOGICAL DIVERSITY

The article highlights the issues of legal aspects of environmental regulation, which is one of the important environmental requirements for the protection of biological diversity and its rational use, its place and importance are highlighted, legal issues related to the development of legislation in this area, analyzes the current state of establishing environmental standards and development prospects from scientific and theoretical point of view, and in this regard, the author's proposals are put forward. In this regard, the experience of foreign countries has been studied, proposals and recommendations for its development in our country have been developed.
