EXPERIMENTAL LEGAL REGIMES IN THE DIGITALIZATION OF LAW

This article analyzes the approaches of legal scholars to the concept of the regulatory sandbox - «Regulatory Sandbox» and puts forward the idea that a comprehensive study of competencies, rights, and obligations in the field of experimental legal regimes allows for a better understanding of the essence of the issue regarding the application of experimental legal regimes and their effective implementation in practice. The article also addresses the introduction of regulatory sandboxes in Uzbekistan.
