ISSUES OF THE INTRODUCTION OF MANDATORY PAYMENTS AND FEES IN THE LEGISLATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

This article analyzes the legislation, practice and trends of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the introduction of mandatory payments and fees and the determination of their amounts, as well as the experience of foreign countries. At the same time, relevant proposals and recommendations are developed to ensure the constitutional validity and legality of the introduction of mandatory payments and fees and the determination of their amounts. Taxes, state duties, customs duties and consular fees are not considered in this article, since they are regulated by special laws.
