IMPROVEMENT OF CUSTOMS ADMINISTRATION AS A FACTOR OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

In this article the author analyzes the legal aspects of advancing customs administration in the Republic of Uzbekistan to a new level. The article examines the significant reduction of human intervention through the digital transformation of customs and cargo operations, ensuring the transparency, openness, and reliability of the customs system based on principles free from corruption. Additionally, the article focuses on the ongoing reforms aimed at enhancing international cooperation and improving economic trade relations with foreign countries to further advance the country's economic development.
