Abstract

The scientific article is devoted to a deep analysis of the current state of administrative and legal regulation of public safety in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The article provides a comprehensive review of national and foreign legislation, with an emphasis on a comparative analysis of the effectiveness of legal strategies and strategies in different countries. Particular attention is paid to taking into account the measurement of current legal regulation, taking into account their ability to adapt to rapidly changing conditions, technologies and political conditions. The author examines in detail the main regulatory acts, such as the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, laws on cybersecurity, as well as the role of the National Guard and internal authorities in ensuring public order. Not only legal aspects are analyzed, but also practical implementation standards in terms of preventing crimes and ensuring public safety.
