LEGAL AND PRACTICAL ASPECTS OF REGULATING RELATIONSHIPS OF PARENTAL RIGHTS THROUGH AGREEMENT

This article examines the protection of children's interests in the process of divorce. To reduce the social and psychological impact of conflict situations arising during and after divorce on children, mechanisms for resolving conflicts through agreement are analyzed. The article highlights the legal basis for taking into account the interests of children, the agreements between parents, and their social significance. The role of the existing legal framework in the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in this regard will also be considered. This article contains scientific and practical recommendations aimed at ensuring the protection of the rights and interests of children in situations arising after parental divorce.
