CRIMINAL LIABILITY FOR VIOLATIONS OF LABOR PROTECTION REGULATIONS IN SOME FOREIGN COUNTRIES: A COMPARATIVE LEGAL ANALYSIS

This article provides a comparative legal analysis of criminal liability for violation of labor protection regulations in some foreign countries. The research examines the legal basis of criminal penalties for labor protection violations in countries such as Azerbaijan, Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, the Russian Federation, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Georgia. Cases of labor protection violations in these countries, the consequences of these violations, and the criminal penalties for such violations were analyzed. The article shows the labor protection regulations of each state and the specific features of their implementation, and provides information about specific aspects of criminal responsibility and their effectiveness. The results of this research serve as a basis for making proposals to lawyers, state bodies and legislators working in the field of labor law to improve legal systems related to labor protection and ensure safety in workplaces.
