Mazkur maqolada XIX-XX asrlarda islom huquqi moliya institutining rivojlanishi hamda o‘sha davr siyosiy-huquqiy jarayonlarining bu jarayonga ta‘siri batafsil hamda tadrijiy tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, yevropa kontinental hamda umumiy huquq oilasi negizidagi tizimlarning musulmon mamlakatlariga, ularning huquqiy o‘ziga xosligiga, moliyaviy-huquqiy tizimlariga ta’siri tahlil qilingan. Shu bilan birga, XX asrning ikkinchi yarmiga kelib, bir qator mamlakatlarda islom moliyasi o‘z taraqqiyotining keying bosqichiga chiqish asnosida uni huquqiy tartibga solishga qaratilgan bir qator tashabbus hamda amaliy natijalar maqolaning asosida nazarda tutilgan.
