Abstract

This article analyzes the legal nature, essence, and practical significance of experimental regulation. Within the framework of legislation, this mechanism is aimed at creating special conditions for the development and testing of digital innovations. The article examines the legal characteristics of the "regulatory sandbox" concept, the rights and obligations of participants, as well as the impact of this mechanism on society and the economy. Furthermore, advanced practices in this field and international experiences are studied.
