ISSUES OF IMPROVING GUARANTEES OF LEGAL INTERESTS OF JUVENILE VICTIMS

This article examines the legal guarantees of representation and safety based on international treaty norms aimed at ensuring the legitimate interests of juvenile victims in criminal proceedings, as well as national regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan and foreign countries, it also analyzes the opinions of scholars on this matter. Furthermore, through comparative analysis, the existing problems in legislation regarding the provision of legal guarantees for representation and safety of juvenile victims were identified. The author presents proposals and conclusions based on these findings.
