PARTICIPATION OF INTERNATIONAL NON-GOVERNMENTAL AND NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS (INGO) IN THE PROTECT OF CHILDREN'S RIGHTS

Abstract

This article presents an analysis of theoretical and practical views regarding the participation of international non-governmental and non-profit organizations (INGOs) for child protection, information about their activities, analytical reports on the organization and development of work in this area. The author has tried to analyze, based on the study of the activities of international non-governmental and non-profit organizations for the protection of children, the main directions of their functional tasks and efforts. Further, based on the analysis of existing problems in the field of effective protection of children’s rights, international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) the author suggests that a number of measures and strategies are necessary, including improving financial resources and increasing them through grants, Charitable assistance, comprehensive cooperation with international organizations, and development of close cooperation with governments to achieve financial stability through the expansion of the resource base, To attract the help of corporate cooperation and local entrepreneurs, implement effective programs, improve legislation and policies aimed at protecting children’s rights. In this regard, the need to actively involve NGOs in public programmes for children’s rights, develop recommendations for legislative changes and participate as advisers in policy-making, To organize training and education programmes for qualified professionals in the field of children’s rights, to eliminate the shortage of specialists in the regions by attracting experienced personnel or supporting local training programmes.
