CAUSES OF CORRUPTION RISKS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CONTROL IN THE FIELD OF HIGHER EDUCATION AND ISSUES OF THEIR ELIMINATION

In recent years, the weight of non state universities in the sphere of higher education in our country has increased significantly, and today their importance in the sphere of higher education is great. Of course, the increase in the number of non state universities will lead to an increase in the share of the private sector in the training of qualified personnel with higher education, an increase in the level of coverage by higher education and the formation of a high-quality system of higher education based on market principles. At the same time, non-permission for the activities of private universities and the creation of an effective system of quality control of education in these educational institutions can lead to an escalation of corruption in the sphere and the emergence of risks associated with the integrity of the government and the public.
