THE CONCEPT OF CORRUPTION AND CORRUPTION CRIMES, THE HISTORY OF ORIGIN AND ITS FORMS

This article analyzes issues related to the concept of corruption and corruption crime, the history of its origin and its forms. This article also examines the idea that a corruption crime is one of the crimes committed secretly, and therefore direct combating it is difficult. In the article, the author expressed his attitude to the discussions of scientists about the history of the origin of corruption crimes, the study of criminological description, criminological analysis of measures to prevent them.
