ФОРМИРОВАНИЕ ПРАВОВОЙ КОНЦЕПЦИИ ИСКУССТВЕННОГО ИНТЕЛЛЕКТА В СФЕРЕ ИНФОРМАЦИОННОЙ БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ

Разработка документов, регулирующих использование искусственного интеллекта, требует уточнения правового понятия «искусственный интеллект». Правовые доктрины определяют понятие «искусственный интеллект» в контексте конкретных наук. Развитие искусственного интеллекта и его использование в сфере информационной безопасности требует разработки четкого правового термина на этапах международно-правового регулирования этих технологий. Данная статья посвящена формированию концепции искусственного интеллекта в области информационной безопасности. В статье анализируется применение искусственного интеллекта (технологий искусственного интеллекта) в сфере информационной безопасности, этапы формирования концепции искусственного интеллекта, а также научно-практические теории.
