ОРГАНИЗАЦИОННО-ПРАВОВЫЕ АСПЕКТЫ ПРОТИВОДЕЙСТВИЯ КОРРУПЦИИ В ВЫСШИХ УЧЕБНЫХ ЗАВЕДЕНИЯХ

В научной статье представлен соответствующий анализ, особое внимание уделено текущим и планируемым организационно-правовым вопросам противодействия коррупции в сфере образования, в том числе в высших учебных заведениях. Разработаны также научно обоснованные предложения и выводы по устранению недостатков в этой области, а также решению имеющихся проблем. При этом особое внимание в статье уделяется и научным взглядам ученых.
