ПОЛИТИКО-ПРАВОВЫЕ ПРОЦЕССЫ, ПОВЛИЯВШИЕ НА РАЗВИТИЕ ФИНАНСОВОГО ИНСТИТУТА В ИСЛАМСКОМ ПРАВЕ В XIX-XX ВЕКАХ

В данной статье подробно и поэтапно анализируется развитие финансового института в исламском праве в XIX-XX веках, а также влияние политико-правовых процессов того времени на этот процесс. Кроме того, рассматривается влияние европейских континентальных и общих правовых систем на мусульманские страны, их правовую специфику и финансово-правовые системы. Также, к второй половине XX века, в ряде стран исламская финансовая система достигла следующего этапа своего развития, что привело к целому ряду инициатив и практических результатов, направленных на правовое регулирование, которые обсуждаются в статье.
