The article examines the extent to which new loanword food names are used in modern colloquial language and is illustrated with facts. The concept of food is briefly touched upon and information is given about gluttonic pragmatonyms, gastronomy and culinary terms. In the lexicon of the Uzbek language, such lexical-semantic groups have been formed as loanword nouns of information technologies, loanword nouns of household appliances, loanword nouns of clothes, loanword nouns of food, especially loanword nouns of food in the lexicon of the Uzbek language. The language is analyzed based on examples. The article also talks about the importance of trademarks in the emergence of new loanword names for food products. The scope of application of the most actively used food innovations is also described in detail.
