CHINGIZ AITMATOV'S MASTERY IN CREATING MYTHOLOGICAL SPACE

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to analyze the skilful use of mythological elements in the works of the famous Kyrgyz writer Chingiz Aitmatov in his literary works. During the study, we also noted that in his works he managed to create mythologically rich plots that combine universal human values, cultural heritage and national traditions. In Aitmatov's works, mythological images, symbols and motifs play an important role in deeply revealing the essence of man and the philosophical content of life. In our study, we tried to demonstrate Aitmatov's unique modern approach to the use of mythology. One of the main objectives of our research is a deep analysis of mythological elements in the works of Chingiz Aitmatov. In addition, the article briefly touches on other masterpieces of world literature. Based on the results of the study, we are convinced that in the works of Chingiz Aitmatov, the mythological space is not just a place for the development of events, but a space of symbolic and philosophical meaning. Chingiz Aitmatov's mastery of the creative use of mythology gave his works spiritual depth, symbolic meaning and philosophical content. He managed to reflect the common values ​​of humanity while preserving the identity and historical memory of the people. Thus, Aitmatov's mythological views made his work one of the masterpieces of not only Kyrgyz but also world literature.
