Taqdim etilgan maqolada Ozarbayjon Armanistonni mag‘lub etib, o’z yerlarini ozod qilganidan so‘ng ozarbayjon xalqining urushning og‘ir oqibatlarini bartaraf etish va Shusha shahrini tiklash yo‘lidagi tinimsiz kurashi o‘rganildi. To‘qnashuvdan keyingi davrda Qorabog‘ mintaqasida, Shusha shahrida olib borilgan yirik qurilish ishlari aniq faktlar bilan tahlil qilindi. Ozarbayjon Respublikasi Prezidentining yangi siyosiy voqelikni hisobga oluvchi hal qiluvchi siyosiy yo‘nalishining mintaqadagi tiklanish jarayoniga ijobiy ta’siri masalalariga alohida e’tibor qaratildi.
