The specific directions of the medical insurance system, which is considered one of the new organizational and economic mechanisms of providing medical services in the conditions of innovative development, are reflected in the research. In this study, the directions of the introduction of the health insurance system and the state programs developed in the republic on the implementation of the compulsory health insurance system in the conditions of the socio-economic development of the region were studied over the years.
