Abstract

This article analyzes the travels of the English traveler, diplomat and merchant Anthony Jenkinson to the khanates of Central Asia, his diplomatic activities and historical and geographical observations. Jenkinson's information about the Bukhara Khanate and Khorezm, written sources about trade routes and political processes are also scientifically analyzed.
