Abstract

This article is dedicated to examining the relevance and scientific basis for using CrossFit training to improve the physical fitness levels of students in Uzbekistan’s higher education institutions. The article explores the theoretical foundations of CrossFit, analyzes foreign and domestic research, discusses the impact of CrossFit training on students’ physical attributes, and considers the prospects of implementing a training program adapted to the conditions in Uzbekistan. In conclusion, the CrossFit training methodology can serve as an effective pedagogical tool for the comprehensive improvement of students’ physical fitness.
