SOME PRESSING ISSUES IN THE STUDY OF THE CONCEPT OF ASCETICISM IN VARIOUS RELIGIOUS DOCTRINES

In this article, the place, importance of ascetic status and the reasons for the emergence of the doctrine are explained in Sufism literature, which is an integral part of Eastern classical literature. Some similar beliefs up to ascetic views in Islam are discussed, and the characteristics of asceticism in front of them are discussed.
