Today, Sports Psychology in our country is one of the areas that is now developing and has a growing trend around the world. Early detection and assistance of mental retardation in athletes. Work was considered to encourage self-control, the ability to correctly set goals, and visualization athletes to think about winning to talk to themselves in a positive and stimulating way with the help of their inner voice. The article recognizes how significant it is to study the cognitive processes of mental deficits in athlete psychology and to implement the peculiarities of providing psychological assistance.
