The article analyzes the history of Koy-Krylgan-kala, one of the most important archaeological monuments of ancient Khorezm, on the basis of archaeological sources. The study examines the origin of the site, its architectural features, its role in social life, and its cultural significance. Particular attention is paid to the results of archaeological excavations, which revealed numerous artifacts, figurines, and examples of visual art reflecting the spiritual culture of the ancient population of Khorezm. The article also discusses findings related to musical culture and evaluates their significance in the cultural development of ancient society. The results of the study demonstrate that Koy-Krylgan-kala was not only an important center of Khorezm but also one of the major cultural centers of ancient Central Asia.
