This article analyzes the economic essence of youth employment in Uzbekistan, its regional disparities, the new forms of employment emerging under digital transformation, and the priority directions of human capital development. The research examines youth unemployment, the share of NEET youth, regional unemployment differences, migration flows, and the dynamics of the Henriksen index. The analysis reveals that the mismatch between the education system and labor market needs, disparities in regional infrastructure, and unequal access to digital opportunities negatively affect youth employment. To mitigate these problems, the paper proposes scientific and practical recommendations aimed at expanding dual education, implementing differentiated regional employment programs, developing flexible forms of employment for youth and women, and promoting digital skills [1; 3; 4; 5; 6].
