СОВЕРШЕНСТВОВАНИЕ МЕХАНИЗМОВ ФИНАНСОВОЙ ПОДДЕРЖКИ СИСТЕМЫ ДОШКОЛЬНОГО ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ НА ОСНОВЕ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННО-ЧАСТНОГО ПАРТНЁРСТВА (НА ПРИМЕРЕ РЕСПУБЛИКИ КАРАКАЛПАКСТАН)
Abstract
The article examines the mechanisms of financial support for preschool education in the Republic of Karakalpakstan under the conditions of the development of public-private partnership. Based on the analysis of statistical data for 2018–2024, it is established that the growth of the system is structural in nature and is driven by the expansion of the non-state sector while maintaining the key role of government subsidies. It is demonstrated that the existing model contributes to increasing preschool enrollment, but at the same time creates a dependency on budgetary financing. The study substantiates directions for improving financial mechanisms to ensure the sustainable development of the preschool education system.
