This article analyzes the regional development characteristics of small business in the Khorezm region, including available resources, infrastructure conditions, employment levels, and the current state of small business. It also evaluates entrepreneurial skills across the region and determines the level of entrepreneurial potential using a multiplier based on the KPI system.
