The first quarter of the 21st century, marked by technological evolution, the expansion of artificial intelligence, and globalization processes, has etched itself in history as a complex period that exposed humanity's vulnerabilities, such as pandemics, nuclear threats, and wars. During this time, Turkic-speaking states deepened their mutual integration and entered a new stage of cooperation through the Organization of Turkic States (OTS). The OTS unites Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, and Uzbekistan, fostering stronger economic, political, and cultural ties. This article analyzes the three-stage evolution of the OTS from its inaugural summit in 1992 to the adoption of the "Vision of the Turkic World - 2040" program in 2021. Moreover, the article underscores the significance of security, economic integration, and cultural rapprochement in the context of globalization.
