In this article, the didactic system of developing pedagogical cooperation in the context of modern innovative education is analyzed from a scientific and theoretical point of view. In particular, the didactic mechanisms of pedagogical cooperation in the process of forming the professional competencies of future teachers of vocational education in higher and secondary educational institutions are highlighted. During the study, the necessity of ensuring effective interaction between teachers and students, improving the quality of education, introducing non-standard pedagogical approaches, and introducing innovative forms of pedagogical activity into practice is presented based on concrete evidence.
