This article examines the lexical units associated with the architectural monuments of Khorezm., the meaning and evolution of the names of Khorezm monuments reflected in historical written sources. It examines how these names were recorded, interpreted and changed over time, reflecting the rich cultural and historical heritage of the region. The study combines a comprehensive literature review with a thorough analysis of various written sources, which aims to clarify the socio-cultural and political context influencing these names.
