THE ROLE OF VALUES IN THE ACTIVITIES OF ENTREPRENEURS

The article will talk about the role of values in the adaptation of the behavior of entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs are presented with average-general, comparative-typical indicators of the influence of "ethnocultural values" on behavioral flexibility, formed on the basis of the Register of values. The priority psychological qualities and social orientation of women are revealed by the entrepreneurial leader who chose the type of secondary professional activity.
