Maqola XIX asr va XX asr boshlarida O‘rta Osiyo xonliklarining qo‘shni qozoq xalqlari bilan olib borilgan savdo-sotiq va iqtisodiy aloqalari tarixiga bag‘ishlangan. Qozog‘istonning janubiy hududlari Markaziy Osiyoning uchta xonliklari-Buxoro, Xiva va Qo‘qon hududlari bilan tutash bo‘lganligi savdo-iqtisodiy aloqalarning rivojlanishiga imkon bergan. Chorvachilikning, hunarmandchilikning rivojlanishiga va savdo aloqalarida ishlab chiqarilgan mahsulotlarning turlariga va sifatiga e'tibor berilgan. Bu xalqlar o‘rtasidagi savdo aloqlari katta iqtisodiy ahamiyatga ega bo‘lgan. Buxoro, Toshkent va Xivadagi hunarmandlarning ishlab chiqqan mahsulotlari qozoq aholisi orasida juda mashhur bo‘lgan. O‘z o‘rnida ko‘chmanchi qozoqlar Buxoro amirligiga cho‘l mahsulotlari, ya'ni palaslar, namatlar va o‘troq aholi uchun kerakli bo‘lgan muhim xom ashyo - jun va terini ko‘plab keltirishgan.
Savdo esa o‘zaro manfaatli bo‘lgan, shuning uchun bu aloqalar ushbu mintaqalarning har birining sanoatining rivojlanishida ishlab chiqarishining taraqqiy etishiga olib kelgan.
