Mazkur maqolada Alisher Navoiyning davlat boshqaruvi hamda siyosiy hayotdagi o‘rni va diplomatik faoliyati tarixiy manbalar asosida tahlil qilinadi. Unda mutafakkirning temuriylar davri siyosiy jarayonlaridagi ishtiroki, Husayn Boyqaro bilan aloqalari, ichki siyosiy barqarorlikni ta’minlashdagi roli hamda Astrobod hokimligi davridagi boshqaruv tajribasi yoritilgan. Shuningdek, “Vaqfiya” asarida aks etgan davlat xizmatiga oid tamoyillar diplomatlik etikasi nuqtai nazaridan baholanadi. Tadqiqot natijasida Navoiy nafaqat adib, balki siyosatchi va mohir diplomat sifatida ham tarixda muhim o‘rin egallagani asoslab beriladi.
