Ushbu maqolada Islom hamkorlik tashkilotiga a’zo bo’lmagan davlatlarda yashayotgan kam sonli musulmonlarni ijtimoiy, iqtisodiy rivojlantirish borasida tashkilotning pozitsiyasi nimalardan iborat ekanligi misollar orqali keltirilgan. Bundan tashqari, ushbu yo’nalishda tashkilotning boshqa xalqaro va mintaqaviy tashkilotlar bilan hamkorlik aloqalari qay yo’sinda olib borilayotganligi borasidagi ma’lumotlar qiyosiy-tahliliy bayon qilingan. Masalaning ushbu jihati shu paytga qadar nashr etilgan ishlarga qo’shimcha manba sifatida xizmat qiladi.
