Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasining xalqaro madaniy aloqalari va ularni mamlakat taraqqiyotidagi o‘rni masalalari tahlil etilgan. Muallif ushbu aloqalar ayniqsa, Yevropa Ittifoqining rivojlangan davlatlari Germaniya, Latviya, Bolgariya, Belgiya bilan madaniyatning turli sohalari, jumladan, san’at festivallari, madaniyat kunlari, rassomlar ko‘rgazmalari, adabiyot, ilmiy konferensiya va kongreslar tashkil etilishi doirasida tashkil etilayotganligini manbalar asosida yoritib bergan. Maqolada O‘zbekiston Milliy arxivi materiallaridan ham unumli foydalanilgan.
