HISTORIOGRAPHY CHARACTERISTICS OF CREATIVITY ALISHER NAVOI

Abstract

This article is about the great thinker Alisher Navoi's historiographical activity, which is beyond the scope of scientific research. The article contains descriptions of real historical data in a number of other works of the thinker, in addition to the artistic-figurative interpretation of historical events, historical figures and epics of historical-geographical place names, which still require in-depth scientific research. In this article, we have briefly explained the historical information presented. The divine and worldly interpretations of historical events in Navai's works, the lack systematization of events, their differences from the current science of historiography and source studies, memoir works typical of the traditions of the Muslim East, historical information of a biographical nature, the fact that the history of events is written in many ways compared to the time of prophets and famous rulers, the features such as the presence of many controversial interpretations, in the works written on historical subjects before Navai’s works and the narrative of events being more poetic were analyzed and a scientific conclusion was given in the article.
