YOUTH POLICY IN UZBEKISTAN: HISTORY AND TODAY

This article is devoted to youth policy in Uzbekistan and the stages of its development. Historical events in the processes of improving youth policy are analyzed. Also, regulatory documents adopted in this direction in 1991-2022 and their content were mentioned. The activities of youth organizations directly involved in youth issues in our country, the rights and responsibilities granted to them are analyzed, and the periods of historical development of youth policy are chronologically covered. During these periods, the problems of education and employment of young people, their causes and consequences are based on specific facts and information from relevant archival sources. During the period of the new Uzbekistan, appropriate conclusions and proposals were made regarding the stage of development of youth policy and further improvement of these processes.
