WOMEN'S MANUAL LABOR AND ITS ROLE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF TOURISM

The article evaluates the issues of further improving the legal basis for protecting women's rights, increasing their responsibility in all fields through achieving gender equality as a result of significant changes in political, economic, and cultural spheres in the 21st century. The tasks include enhancing efforts to promote the improvement of hand labor, as well as strengthening activities aimed at attracting tourists with high-quality handcrafted products. Women play a significant role in the souvenir, gastronomy, and food industries in tourism, which is considered a profitable sector. In this regard, Uzbekistan has been actively engaged in producing handicraft products, creating favorable conditions for artisans, and consistently carrying out tasks such as providing employment for women in hand labor or teaching them various forms of craftsmanship.
