WORTHY CONTRIBUTION OF THE POPULATION OF SURKHANDARYA REGION TO THE VICTORY DURING THE SECOND WORLD WAR

In the article, the author showed the contribution of the Uzbek people to the victory over fascism during the Second World War, analyzing aspects related to the heroism and patriotism of Surkhandarya residents at the front. In the article, the contribution of the Uzbek people to the Great Victory, the life, courage and fortitude of our compatriots, as well as the heroism of the people of Surkhandarya region at the front, the mention of the names of the deceased citizens who sacrificed their lives for the freedom of the Motherland, and the pride in them are studied in the article.
