HISTORIOGRAPHICAL REVIEW OF THE STUDY OF MIGRATION POLICY: ON THE EXAMPLE OF NATIONAL MINORITIES OF UZBEKISTAN

As you know, a difficult situation was developing in the USSR on the eve of the war. The brutality of the measures applied to individual peoples and nations who spoke out in a hidden or open form against the Soviet regime increased. And this was justified by the current extreme situation and the beginning of the war itself, as well as to a greater extent by the personalized nature of the state national policy. Based on fundamental research, the author has revealed the issue of studying the migration policy of the Uzbek SSR during the war years. The research was conducted on the basis of historical, consistent principles, statistical, comparative and problem-chronological analysis, systematic and objective approaches.
