In this article, regional differences in the preservation of documents have not changed the essence of the general theoretical framework, which is considered to be a mixed necessity in the classification of documents according to their origin. A new stage of studying the theoretical issues of archival science was realized in the 50s and 60s of the 20th century. During this period, archival historiography, archival theory and practice, archival methodology, history of archival work, theoretical and practical issues of documentation were studied in a new interpretation and dozens of works were created.
