SOME NORMATIVE RULES ESTABLISHED BY THE RUSSIAN EMPIRE FOR THE COUNTRY OF TURKEYSTAN

This article examines some of the regulations and rules adopted by the Russian Empire in the second half and end of the 19th century for the Turkestan region. Also, the processes of development of these laws and what factors were taken into account, their historical significance, as well as their impact on the social and political life of Turkestan, as well as whether the articles listed in the statute have been changed over the years, that is, they have been added to them or some part of them has been removed, and information is given on which areas the regulations related to the country's life mainly apply to.
