In this article, the author, based on a wide range of materials, studied the formation and development of healthcare in Kazakhstan. The main starting stage in the formation of this system is the first years of the formation of Soviet power, and then the years of war. In such a difficult period, the author showed the main achievements and problems in the development of the healthcare system.
