THE SITUATION, PROBLEMS AND DEVELOPED MEASURES AND ACHIEVEMENTS OF SOCIAL PROTECTION OF THE ELDERLY PEOPLE IN THE EARLY PERIODS OF INDEPENDENCE IN UZBEKISTAN

In the years of independence, much more effective work is carried out on the creation of a true history, the impartial study of socio-political, economic events and phenomena that have occurred and are taking place.
One of the main problems that should be studied and made important conclusions is the scientific analysis of the situation, problems and developed measures in the social protection of elderly people in the early periods of independence in Uzbekistan, as well as work on the achievements.
It is known that the policy of social protection of the population was declared as a priority of state policy from the first days of independence. The purpose of this direction was directed, first of all, to the benefit of a person, to his full satisfaction. A strong social policy, the regulation of relations in the social sphere, the full manifestation of the human factor, the creation of decent living conditions for the population became the strategic task of the country's leadership. But in the early years of independence, there were several problems in solving these issues. Later, the measures developed to social protection of luminaries played an important role in solving these problems. It is relevant and important to highlight in detail the achievements and positive results achieved.
