ACTIVITIES OF KHOREZM WOMEN IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF SCIENCE AND EDUCATION DURING THE SECOND WORLD WAR (1941-1945yy)

The article presents information about the labor activity of women in the Khorezm region in the field of science and education during the Second World War.
During the war, there was only one Khorezm teacher's institute in the region. In connection with the war, various short courses were organized in this educational institution. As a result of the mobilization of male teachers to the front, it was mainly women who were involved in training. In addition, the Khiva Pedagogical University acquired great importance during this period. Short-term teacher training courses were organized in this educational institution, and educated women were recruited as teachers in schools.
