HISTORICAL FACTORS OF THE STATE ADMINISTRATIVE SYSTEM OF THE SHAYBANID DYNASTY

This article provides information on the history of the founding of the Shaibani state, the military operations, the foundations of statehood, the organization of the administrative system, and the formation of the judicial system. It is based on the fact that the Shaybani state was ruled by khans who had unlimited power, and that there were also traditions characteristic of the nomadic Uzbek state along with the rules of the political system that have been preserved since the time of the Timurids. In the administration of the state, the rules of Islamic Sharia and custom were strictly followed. The state was divided into several large uluses, and the large uluses were in turn divided into smaller uluses.
