This article focuses on increasing medical culture in Uzbek families, forming a healthy lifestyle, as well as the negative consequences of early marriage and early childbirth, including the negative consequences of early marriage of girls in some families, as well as new social factors in the prevention of social protection situations that occur in this case. identification, analysis of the results of the practical work on studying the social condition of adolescent girls affected by its negative consequences, and development of proposals are devoted to such urgent issues as changing the attitude to early marriage of girls in Uzbek families. To promote the national aspects of radically changing the worldview of mothers and mothers-in-law in the process of early marriage of girls in Uzbekistan and preparing future mothers for a healthy childbirth, especially before and after childbirth, and to introduce young people to such social ills.
