MEASURES AIMED AT REDUCING THE LEVEL OF SALINIZATION OF LANDS IN THE KHOREZM OASIS (IN THE EXAMPLE OF THE 1950S-80s)

This article discusses the implementation of agricultural work in the Khorezm region in extremely difficult natural and climatic conditions. It was also mentioned that the upper moist part of the soil in this ancient Khorezm oasis, which borders the river on one side and the Karakum desert on the other side, dries up quickly as a result of constantly blowing strong winds and will lead to disruption of the sowing season, which will take place in the spring, in a difficult situation. The article also mentions the use of modern technological devices, along with the first artificial irrigation methods created by our ancestors in the Khorezm oasis, which is based on irrigated agriculture.
